Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if Applicable, the Urban County Program on behalf of the City of San Juan, is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with O.M.T. Utilities in the amount of $193,600.00. UCP funds in Year 27 (2014) Water/Sewer Improvement line item will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on May 11, 2016 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements is O.M.T. Utilities. The project consists of the installation of an 8-inch sanitary sewer line and all related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion to alleyways between 3rd Street and Railroad Street and Alley between Kansas Avenue and Wyoming Avenue. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor's general liability insurance. Project engineering firm is Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc.
