BACKGROUND
We are requesting approval of the attached Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for the County of Hidalgo, pursuant to Local Government Code 118.131. The fees will be effective January 01, 2008 and are to be charged for service or two (2) attempts of service.
Note: Fees are required to be approved by Commissioners' Court before October 01, 2007.
