1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3’s proposed budget and program amendment for fiscal years 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, & 29 (2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 to include additional streets to the Street Improvement line item for each fiscal year.

2. Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 for fiscal years 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 29. (2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016) to include additional streets to each respective funding year.

BACKGROUND

A Public Hearing was held on September 27, 2016, at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. All street improvement projects for each respective fiscal year have been completed, leaving surplus funds available. Additional streets are being included in the Annual Action Plan for each fiscal year in order to expend the funds available. Forfeited funds will also be allocated for the same street improvement project. The street locations are: Escuela Dr., 65th St., 66th St., Mile 5 Circle, Valencia Avenue, Las Palmas Dr., Amber Street, Old 107 West Addition Colonia (All subdivision streets), Bougambillia Street, Squire Lane, Camelot Dr, S. Ezequiel Loop, N. Ezequiel Loop, La Homa Road (From 7Mile to 81/2 Mile), Jovita Street, S. Palm Leaf, N. Palm Leaf, and Palm Leaf all within Precinct No. 3 boundaries.
