Appropriation of funds in relation to 1/3 paving revenues for Pct. 1 Rd. Maint.-General Supplies

Monies were receipted on 6-13-14 as unearned revenue in acct #6-1200-223-00-124-082-0-000 R & B Pct. 4-Uneared Rev.-1/3 Los Cielos (refer to receipt #176279). As per Auditor's Office the revenues will be reclassified into the correct Pct. 1 revenue acct of 6-1200-341-30-121-001-0-000 R & B Pct. 1- 1/3 Paving Rev.

Certification of revenues request letter sent by DBM to Auditor's Office on 10-25-16.
