Resolution in Honor of Elder B. Barton who fought in the Battle of San Jacinto as a member of the Texian Army. A state historical marker was dedicated on July 9, 2016 at the Hidalgo Cemetery, where Mr. Barton is buried, in honor of Mr. Barton's role in the Texas Revolution.
