Subject to HB 1295 Compliance, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with RG Enterprises dba G & G Contractors in the amount of $339,925.87. UCP Years 27 & 28 (2014 & 2015) City of Palmview Parks, Recreational Facility Improvement funds will be utilized.

The bid opening was held on December 14, 2016 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was RG Enterprises dba G & G Contractors. Project consists of the complete development of a new park located on Showers Road, Palmview Texas. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor's general liability insurance. Project engineering firm is SAMES, Inc
