Acceptance and approval to reimburse Rod Robertson Enterprises, Inc. (County Contract No. C-15-030-04-28 Auctioneer & Storage Services) $14,900.00 for a returned auctioned vehicle (vehicle title could not be obtained).
BACKGROUND
A 2010 Ford F-350 Dually (VIN. 1FTSW2BR1AEB01583), was awarded to HIDTA under Cause#C-5151-15-H, and auctioned on 09/14/16 (Rod Robertson Enterprises, Inc.). The aforementioned vehicle was awarded and auctioned as a 2010 Ford F-350 Dually, but was later identified to have been registered and titled as an F-250 (said vehicle was modified to look like a F-350). The buyer was unable to register said vehicle due to discrepancy and therefore was returned.
