Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for revision to the Hidalgo County Urban County Program’s Citizen Participation Plan
BACKGROUND
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program (UCP) must hold a public hearing for the solicitation of comments on the proposed changes to its Citizen Participation Plan. The Plan has been amended to better explain the citizen participation process and formalize the procedures related to the development of the Assessment of Fair Housing.
