Requesting approval of 'EXHIBIT 1' [Escalation Clause] sent from Sole Source vendor, Xerox Government Systems, LLC. with County Judge's signature required upon approval.

BACKGROUND

The original Product Support & Enhancement Agreement (PSE Agreement) is dated November 1, 2011.   This would be Amendment No. 4.  Upon approval, this PSE Agreement is to be effective as of January 1, 2017.

Vendor recommends the replacement of EXHIBIT 1, which is in favor of the County as pricing has decreased from $23,520.00 to $19,570.00.
