BACKGROUND
The purpose is to get the proposed agreed order signed by the Judge and to address the assessed penalty by use of a compliance supplemental environmental project (C-SEP) in order to use the penalty to replace the sewer plant at Delta Lake Park with a septic tank system.
If the C-SEP is not approved, then we'll use a supplemental environment project to address the assessed penalty.
