Subject to HB 1295 Compliance, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with South Pools Inc., dba Oasis Water Play Grounds in the amount of $400,950.00 UCP Year26, 27 & 28 (2013, 2014 & 2015) City of Sullivan City Parks, Recreational Facility Improvement funds will be utilized.

The bid opening was held on February 15, 2017 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was South Pools Inc., dba Oasis Water Play Grounds. Project consists of the installation of a splash pad at the Sullivan City Park. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineering firm is S & B Infrastructure, Ltd.
