Discussions in connection with the overall disposition of cases as it impacts jail populations and the cost of housing of prisoners outside the County's detention facility and including, but not limited to, applicable and related matters with participation requested from the following:
Hidalgo County Board of Judges; Hidalgo County District Attorney; Hidalgo County Sheriff; Hidalgo County Justices of the Peace; Hidalgo County Municipal Court Judges; Texas Department of Public Safety; Other applicable agencies/jurisdictions/programs (i.e. Hidalgo County-Indigent Defense; Public Defenders Programs, Bail Bondsmen).
