The Urban County Program (UCP) is requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to a Professional Engineering Service Contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering P.E. The Amendment will increase the contract amount of $631,834.00 by $25,000.00 for a total amount of $656,834 and will include additional scope of services for Peñitas Drain Project.

 The original professional service contract was approved on June 26, 2012 in the amount of $631,834.00 for project planning, surveying, engineering and design, construction plans and basic construction phase services for Precinct No. 3 – Flood Drainage Improvements Project for the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 12-406-000-6453 –DRS-210068 “PEÑITAS DRAIN”. Amendment No. 1 includes additional fees for construction administration and revises the scope of services to separate the plans, specifications and bidding documentation into four phases, (only three GLO bids).
