BACKGROUND
On June 15, 2017, W/C Investigator Adolfo Trevino was conducting a work injury interview in Penitas, TX. Before leaving the location Mr. Trevino noticed a tire on his assigned vehicle was low and proceeded to take his vehicle to the nearest tire repair business. At that business, Mr. Trevino paid for the repairs from his own personal funds.
