BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on September 12, 2017 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Venser Contractors, LLC. Project consists of improvements JR Milo Ponce Park. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineers and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineer firm is Halff Associates, Inc.
