Request approval of the Second Amendment to the 2015 HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Program agreement between Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca and approval of the addendum with Proyecto Azteca
BACKGROUND
The 2015 agreement with Proyecto Azteca included the construction of a total of five (5) new homes for qualified families. At present, a total of 3 units have been completed and sold to qualified families. The remaining 2 units are under construction and should be completed and sold to qualified families within the next 6 months. As such, Proyecto Azteca has requested an extension to the 2015 CHDO Agreement from November 9, 2017 to May 9, 2018.
