Requesting approval to reject bids submitted for the City of La Villa 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank project UCP FY’s 27-29 (2014-2016).
BACKGROUND
Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on November 15, 2017. Project engineer recommends that the bids be rejected, and that the Urban County Program re-bid this project, due to budgetary constraints. See attached recommendation letter from Fulcrum Consulting Services, and concurrence letter from the City of La Villa.
