1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) for professional engineering services;

BACKGROUND
Project consists of the re-construction of several streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity and any related appurtenances. Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, surveying, geotechnical and construction material testing fees, etc. Locations: 12th Street (from Veterans Blvd. to Miguel Hidalgo), 13th Street (from Veterans Blvd. to Coil Dr.), Miguel Hidalgo Street (From 13th St., to end of road), Doe Street (From 13th Street to end of road), and Coil Dr. (from 13th Street to end of road), San Juan, TX 78589.
