Requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Elsa FY’s 27, 28 & 29 (2014, 2015 & 2016) work plans. The amendment will add the reconstruction/overlay and drainage improvements of new streets.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on January 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Elsa approved the program amendment for its FY’s 27, 28 & 29 (2014, 2015 & 2016) to add the reconstruction/overlay and drainage improvements of streets, to the streets within La Nueva Vida S/D (Begonia Dr., Yucca Dr., Laureles Dr. and Gladiola Drive), North Elsa S/D (Benito Alaniz, E. Magnolia, N. Magnolia, & S. Magnolia) W. Mile 17 ½ and E. Mile 17 ½.
