Requesting the approval to replace and/or purchase two (2) cell phones (model LX160) through DIR TELE Contract # 06-27-03/EXAN2000-SPR-W for the DBM-Safety Division:
1. Replacement of cell phone for Sergio Reyes and,
2. Purchase of cell phone for use as a spare in case of emergency and/or breakdown of current cell phones.
BACKGROUND
1. Approval of phone for Sergio Reyes was approved through comm. court on 11-21-2006, through DIR contract.
2. Additional line will NOT be added. Spare will be used in the event of another phone going down or being damaged so as to have interruption of work nor have any time lapse without a phone.
