Approval of 2018 interdepartmental transfer from Pct 4 ICA NAW into Pct 1 ICA NAW in the amount of $52,640.00 for funds provided by the North Alamo Water Supply for the overlay of LJ Subdivision.
BACKGROUND
On 3/7/17, Commissioners' Court approved agreement with North Alamo Water Supply for the overlay of various subdivisions, including LJ Subdivision. Originally, Pct 4 was to perform the overlay for all subdivisions, however, an agreement was reached between Pct 4 and Pct 1, to have Pct 1 conduct the overlay for the LJ Subdivision. Therefore, since monies had been received and appropriated by Pct 4 in FY2017, Pct 4 has requested funds to be transferred to Pct 1 for the funds received by North Alamo Water Supply.
