Hidalgo County Precinct 3 and City of La Joya are requesting authority to advertise for bids for the construction and development of a Park, Recreational Facility, an Urban County Program Year 17 (2004), 18 (2005), and 20 (2007) Parks, Recreational Facilities Project with plans and specifications developed and drafted through project architect Alcoser Garcia Associates).

The City of La Joya is proposing to construct and develop a Park, Recreational Facility next to its swimming pool complex:  ¼ mi. North of Business 83 on Coyote Boulevard and will utilize City of La Joya Urban County Program Funds Year 17 (2004), 18 (2005), and Precinct #3 Year 20 (2007) (funds forfeited to Precinct #3 from City of La Joya).
