Approval of ORCA 2006 Colonia EDAP Grant #727005 Contract with Garza Plumbing Inc. of Edinburg, Texas in the amount of $183,150 for first time sewer improvements to fourteen (14) colonias in the City of Mission's ETJ area in Pct. #3.
BACKGROUND
The project consists of first time sewer improvements including sewer service yard lines and septic tank remediations and related appurtenances to two hundred twenty two (222) residents in the fourteen (14) colonia area located in Pct. #3. Bid opening was held on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 and Garza Plumbing Inc. was the lowest of four (4) bidders. Attached please find the engineer's recommendation and the bid tabulation sheet.
UCP colonia staff recommends approval.

Total Contract Amount: $ 183,150.00
