3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of________________________________for the provision of engineering services for an Urban County Program Year 30 (2017) Granjeno, Parks, Recreational Facilities and Improvements project.

Project consists of the continued development and construction of Granjeno Park - Phase III to include items not completed in Phase I & Phase II such as the reconstruction of the parking lot area, sidewalks to meet ADA Compliance, fencing around the perimeter of the park, a Veterans Memorial area to include flag poles, benches and memorial plaque, exercise equipment, and shade areas. Project will also include advertisements, professional service fees, material testing fees, and all related appurtenances, etc. Previously environmentally cleared in FY 2014.
