Authorization and approval to accept the Memorandums of Understanding between the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force and the City of Edinburg Police Department, City of Pharr Police Department, U.S. Customs and Border Protecton (USCBP) , and Texas Military Forces - Joint Counterdrug Task Force (JCDTF).

Since October 2, 2017, Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force has cooperated with and seeks to continue cooperating with the City of Edinburg Police Department, City of Pharr Police Department, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP), and the Texas Military Forces – Joint Counterdrug Task Force (JCDTF).
Their assistance and continued cooperation shall ensure the safety and success of this ongoing HIDTA investigation. If awarded, forfeited proceeds shall be shared by HIDTA with participating law enforcement agencies.
