A. Ratification of action taken by 370th District Court to directly seek proposals (outside the County's customary and established protocols/procedures to first request approval from CC to solicit said proposasls) from awarded vendors through our membership/'participation through state or cooperative purchasing programs, associations or interlocals;
B. Presentation for consideration, discussion and approval of proposal received from Tandus US Inc. through our participation/membership with TASB Buyboard Contract No. 0241-06 for the provision of labor and materials as attached hereto for 113 square yards of commercial carpet color# 14202 to be installed at the Hidalgo County 370th Judicial District Court, to include but not limited to floor prep, cove base installation and any other accessories/appurtenences as related to complete the project in an amount not to exceed $ 9,997.31.
