1. Requesting authorization to re-submit the Texas General Land Office Disaster Recovery Non-Housing 2015 Flood Grant application and an amendment to the Hidalgo County Method of Distribution as requested by the Texas General Land Office.
2. Requesting approval for the County Judge to sign application, amendment and all other documents related to the 2015 Floods CDBG Disaster Recovery grant. 

A Final MOD discussion and written public comments were presented to the Hidalgo County Commissioners Court on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.All citizen participation requirements were met. The Hidalgo County Urban County Program also held one (1) Public hearing (Tuesday, February 13, 2018) to receive input on the revised Method of Distribution and no written or oral comments were received.The additional funding in the amount of $1,650,723.00 will be used in Precinct 4 for the construction of the Trenton Drain III Outfall.
