a. Requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 of current contract [C-16-199-07-19] with L&G Consulting Engineers, professional services for, "Engineering Services for preparation for the Traffic Impact Analysis, Environmental Assessment, Public Involvement, Schematic Design, Hydrologic Map, and Disposition of Bus 281 ROW at Courthouse Square for the Roadway and Drainage Improvement assoc. with the Bus 281/SH 107 Intersection Project," to revise the termination date inasmuch as project work has been and is on-going and services continue to be required;
b. Acceptance and approval of Work Authorization No. 2 (with an estimated cost of $2,257,854.00) as submitted by project engineer, L&G Consulting Engineers, to continue to provide "Engineering Services for preparation for the Traffic Impact Analysis, Environmental Assessment, Public Involvement, Schematic Design, Hydrologic Map, and Disposition of Bus 281 ROW at Courthouse Square for the Roadway and Drainage Improvement assoc. with the Bus 281/SH 107 Intersection Project," through Contract# C-16-199-07-19.
c. Pursuant to current contract with L&G Engineering (Article 14), a request by engineer approving the subcontracting of R.O.W. Surveying Services, LLC. and Ergonomic Transportation Solutions, Inc. in connection with Work Authorization No. 2 for the "Engineering Services for preparation for the Traffic Impact Analysis, Environmental Assessment, Public Involvement, Schematic Design, Hydrologic Map, and Disposition of Bus 281 ROW at Courthouse Square for the Roadway and Drainage Improvement assoc. with the Bus 281/SH 107 Intersection Project."
