1. Approval of Interlocal Agreement between the County of Hidalgo by and through its Urban County Program and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 for the construction of drainage structures and improvements located in Pct. 4 and the construction of Trenton Drain Phase II and Trenton Drain Phase III.

BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 will be working together utilizing HCDD #1 funds and the Texas General Land Office 2015 Flood Grant monies to construct, improve drainage structures and Right of Way Acquisition.
