1. Approval of VCLG Grant Budget Adjustment Request Form for Fiscal Year (FY2019) Contract #1987049.
2. Approval and authorization for County Judge to sign the Grant Budget Adjustment Request Form.

Approval to reallocate funds within the VCLG categorical budget, prior to being awarded for Fiscal Year 2019; to be in compliance with the original amount requested on the application. During the final months of Fiscal Year 2018 lapse funds were reallocated to different budget categories that were created to fully utilize the grant funds. For the inception of Fiscal Year 2019 all budget categories were derived from the ending Fiscal Year 2018 categories by the Grantor. This reallocation will remove all unnecessary budget categories as requested by the Grantor.
