The Urban County Program is requesting approval of Amendment No.1 to the Professional Service Agreement with Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. The original contract amount was $24,500.00 and will be increased by $5,500.00, for a total contract amount of $30,000.00, utilizing CDBG FY 30 (2017) Sullivan City Flood Drainage Improvement funds.
BACKGROUND
Urban Infrastructure Group, Inc. submitted amendment #1 to their professional engineering service agreement for the Sullivan City Flood Drainage Improvements Project to El Faro Road. The amendment will allow for the preparation of revised plans & specifications for the bidding process for RCP pipe vs the original swell ditches (Attached for review is amended Professional Services Agreement and Exhibits as prepared by Steve Crain, Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, LLP.)
