BACKGROUND
Citizen Participation Plan dictates that the County hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments on the contents of it’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to submission to HUD.
The Urban County Program published the public notice of the CAPER's completion and the fifteen (15) day comment period was from September 3, 2018 to September 18, 2018.
