Request approval of the First Amendment to the 2017 HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Program agreement between Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca
BACKGROUND
Proyecto Azteca has requested an amendment to the 2017 CHDO Agreement. This amendment would change the number of units to produce from six (6) to four (4) however the contract amount of $445,000 will remain the same. Proyecto Azteca has advised the UCP that lot prices have increased from when the original proposal was submitted. This change would allow Proyecto Azteca to utilize more funds for lot purchase and continue with the construction of four (4) single family homes for qualified buyers.
