Request approval of the First Amendment to the Implementation Agreement between the County of Hidalgo, acting by and through its Urban County Program, and Proyecto Azteca, Inc. to the 2016-2020 Colonia Self Help Center Project
BACKGROUND
The UCP is requesting a change to Exhibit B – Budget which will identify “Other Funds” as HOME Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program Funds. In addition to the identification of these funds, the UCP also requests an increase in the amount of the HOME funds in the Budget from $200,000 to $300,000.
