BACKGROUND
X. Term of Contract
The term of the Contract shall be twelve (12) months commencing on the effective date. The Contract shall be renewed and extended for additional two (1) year period on any anniversary thereof unless terminated as stated in IX herein.
XI. Effective Date
The effective date of this Contract is January 1, 2019.
Purpose:
Hidalgo CIHCP has an Eligibility Specialist II at the hospital to screen and interview hospital clients for eligibility for CIHCP.
