1. Urban County Program is requesting approval of Change Order No. 6 to a construction contract with Mor-Wil, LLC for the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 Flood Drainage Improvements Project known as the Peñitas Drain Project Phase II. The Change Order will increase the construction contract amount by $76,967.00 for a total construction contract amount of $2,192,146.89. 

2. Consideration and approval to authorize the County Judge to sign this Change Order.

The Change Order request is due to an increase in construction cost and time due to conflict with AT&T fiber optic duct. A drop structure is required on the three boxes along with support systems on existing waterline and gas line during construction.
