The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a budget & program amendment for the City of La Joya. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Years 27, 28, 29 & 30 (2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017) Work Plans.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing and a Regular Meeting for approval was held on January 8, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the City of La Joya City Hall. Citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of La Joya approved the budget and program amendment as proposed for funding Years 27, 28, 29 & 30 (2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017). All fiscal years will include 2016 and 2017 Street Improvements Projects, already environmentally cleared. The amendment will also delete the Parking Facilities (Military Park) Project..
