Requesting approval for Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Department to submit the self-nomination forms to join the Humana network. The purpose is to seek reimbursement for health services supported by the Humana network.
BACKGROUND
With the addition of the Humana Insurance network, it will increase the number of third party payors that Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Department can bill for providing health services with a desire to provide health services to county residents and the possibility of generating additional revenue.
