1. Extend the current contract for the sixty (60) day grace period extension [as permitted under the current  #E-18-044-02-20 and same rates, terms, and conditions] commencing March 01, 2019 - expiring, April 29, 2019, for the "Repairs, Removal, Installation and/or Purchase of Mobile Radios Comp/Other Misc. Emrgcy. Equip." - so as to have no lapse in services while procurement(upon completion of the procurement process whichever comes first and/or is most advantageous to Hidalgo County);
2. Authority to advertise and approval of procurement packet developed and drafted in participation between Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office (i.e. specification, legal Notice etc. and approved as to form by HC/DA-Civil) as attached hereto for " Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office- “Repairs, Removals, Installation and/or Purchase of Mobile Radios, Computers and other Misc. Emergency Equipment” RFB 2019-037-00-00-MEG including the re-advertising when/if applicable
