Requesting approval to submit renewal grant application and budget for the Preventive Health and Health Services program for FY 20 and FY 21. The allocation for each fiscal year is $125,000.00 for a total of $250,000.00. The program period will be in effect from October 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020 for FY 20 and from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021 for FY 21.
BACKGROUND
This is a continuation of the Preventive Health and Health Services program that has been in effect at HCHHSD since April 1, 2017.
