BACKGROUND
On 12/18/18 & 1/9/19 CC approved the designation of funds for the New Courthouse (Ai-67996 & 68342); however, additional expenditures were processed that reduced the available amounts related to the program accounts. AI-68342 had appropriated 100% of funds from the Assigned Balance, therefore, unappropriation in FY2018 needs to be made to balance the undesingation being requested in FY2018.
