BACKGROUND
1. Hidalgo County CC authorized an RFP for said project;
2. RFP packets distributed with 4 Proposal Received but only 3 qualified for Evaluation
3. Proposals were ranked at CC meeting of 11-06-18;
4. Negotiations have been on-going since with final draft agreement approved as to form by legal counsel.
5. Contract is for an initial one year term with month to month services unless terminated after initial one year.
