Pursuant to TxLGC, 262.151(1), action to declare items in Exhibit A as "salvage" for the purpose of destruction through demolition by the HC Facilities Management including the removal of said assets from inventory.

BACKGROUND

In 2017 the HC DA's Office vacated the 4th floor of the Courthouse.  That area was reassigned to the County Clerk.  The offices had built-in desks/workstations affixed to the walls and each other.  In order to renovate the space to accommodate it's new purpose and function for the County Clerk, Facilities Management could not de-construct the pieces and thus they could not be re-purposed or recycled.
