BACKGROUND
This adjustment is needed in order to comply with the grantors 20% local match requirement.
Approval of budget adjustment will revise the Local Match by deleting the "In-Kind" match and increasing the "Cash Match," the percentage amount of match will remain the same.
This adjustment will decrease the total amount of the grant.
Request for approval to de-obligate "In Kind" match and re-appropriate funds into "Cash Match" using the department's discretionary funds will be submitted once the Office of the Governor (OOG) reviews and approves this budget adjustment.
This adjustment will also update personnel information.
