3.   Authorization for County Judge Richard F. Cortez to sign any and all documents related to funding.

The Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 is based on a budget of $10,090,663.00.  The allocation is as follows:

A draft copy of the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, all city and precinct offices and county website for a thirty (30) day comment period beginning on May 1, 2019 and ending on May 31, 2019.   All comments received will be noted in the final 2019 Annual Action Plan submitted to HUD.
