Acceptance and approval of the continuation of the Software License Agreement and Support Services Addendum between Cardinal Tracking, Inc. and the Hidalgo County Criminal HIDTA Task Force for the provision of software/maintenance support services of the Badge Police Record Management System with the three (3) year Software License and Support Contract Period  from 10/1/2019 - 09/30/2022. (through project #2019-168)  with authority for County Judge to execute the agreement.

BACKGROUND

The "Turnkey Records Management Software (Badge)" was approved by Commissioners' Court (CC) on 06/15/10 (AI-21542).  The "Sole Source Declaration" , approved by CC on 07/23/13 (AI-39545) will remain in effect as long as HIDTA possesses and utilizes the hardware and software commencing 10/01/2013
