Presentation of the latest draft version of the RFP document for the County's Group Health Plan with the incorporated changes from the Workshop & Special CC meetings of 7-09-16 and  7-16-19 with additional items including, but not limited to, the following:
A.  Option 1:  Proposal direct from carriers with an "Alternate" [at CC sole discretion] to accept or reject the cost of  enrollment  proposed by carrier;

B.  Option 2:  Proposals submitted by carriers with [as CC approved] at least 3 agents of record [with CC's sole discretion of selecting from the list of agent(s) of record] with determination of:
      1.  Design the "Criteria" factors by which CC will select/choose the agent(s) on the most advantageous proposal from carriers; OR,

      2.   Select the agent(s) by the drawing of lots on the most advantageous proposal from carriers;

      3.   Other methods of selection of the agent(s) determined by CC for the most advantageous proposal from carriers;
 

C.  Any other final components that CC desires to include, exclude, clarify or modify in the RFP document;
