3.    Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ____________________________________  for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Years 30 & 31 (2017 & 2018) Weslaco Water/Sewer Improvement Project.

Project consists of a multi-year funded project for the upgrade of water and sewer lines and related street resurfacing improvements at several alleys and streets within the City of Weslaco eligible areas. Project will also include but not limited to adjacent/abutting alleys/streets within the same general vicinity, all related appurtenances, professional engineering services, geotechnical and material testing fees, etc.
