BACKGROUND
Sec. 86.012 RESERVE DEPUTY CONSTABLE:
(A) The Commissioners Court of a County may authorize a Constable of the County to appoint Reserve Deputy Constable. The Commissioner Court may limit the number of Reserve Deputy Constable that a Constable may appoint.
