Pursuant to the Board's Approval of Professional Agreement with CSJ Group, requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 1 in the amount of $120,605.60 , to provide Engineering Services for "2018 Bond Referendum Projects #3, 5 & 6 (4 1/2 Mile Rd. & N.
